SQLS also provides a Feedback andPlanning Guide that accompanies each individual report. This Guide provides instructions for analyzing scores, defines each of the 21 scales, and offers Improvement Ideas for each one. In addition, SQLS produces an “All Managers” report showing combined scores of the management team on the 21 scales. QTS reviews that with the entire management team, looks for overall trends and helps develop action plans to address those needing improvement. QTS strongly recommends using the SQLS assessment every 12 months to measure changing perceptions and progress on targeted improvement areas. In expanding organizations, an annual assessment also allows for inclusion of feedback from new staff. |
