Participants are actively involved in their own learning, not listening passively to a “talking head”. Sometimes training is NOT the answer That’s another advantage of working with QTS. We will suggest the “performance solution” that best addresses the performance gap. Our QTS business values of professionalism and integrity do not allow us to do anything else. We simply will not recommend training when it’s not the best solution.
