QTS uses the SQLS with leaders in the service industry. The SQLS gathers feedback about leader performance on 21 different scales in these key areas:
SQLS gathers feedback online from respondents, who rate a leader’s performance on a 6-point scale. Once all respondents have replied, SQLS produces an individualized report showing scores for each of the 21 scales, as well as scores for individual questions for each scale. In addition, SQLS produces an “All Managers” report showing combined scores of the management team on the 21 scales. Like the LPI, SQLS also provides a Feedback and Planning Guide that accompanies each individual report. This Guide provides instructions for analyzing scores, defines each of the 21 scales, and offers Improvement Ideas for each one. |
