QTS uses two different 360º feedback assessments to provide valuable feedback to leaders: Both of these 360º feedback instruments measure the perceptions held by the peers, boss and direct reports of the identified leader. Both are widely used instruments and provide a completely confidential way for respondents to give honest and targeted feedback to their leaders. Support Provided by QTS
SQLS provides a Feedback and Planning Guide every 12 months to measure changing perceptions and progress on targeted improvement areas. In expanding organizations, an annual assessment also allows for inclusion of new staff. |
