Josh StroupJosh Stroup has been helping individuals and organizations improve their performance in a wide variety of settings for over 20 years. Josh works extensively with customer service and service management issues, management/supervisory development, plus management consulting and executive coaching.

Josh created QTS Performance Solutions (originally named QualityTraining Services) in 1993. Prior to starting this business, Josh worked in a variety of related positions – training designer/ developer, facilitator, manager and small business owner.

Josh has authored numerous training products still on the market today, as well as developed a wide variety of customized training materials for numerous clients.

Professionally, Josh is active in Central PA Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. He is a past President, as well as instructor in the Chapter’s Train-the-Trainer program for many years. He holds a BA from the College of Wooster ( Ohio ) and advanced degrees from University of Illinois ( Chicago ) and McCormick Theological Seminary (Chicago).

Josh is certified as a consultant with DiSC Personal Profile™ behavioral assessments and the Service Quality Leadership Survey™ (360º assessment).

He also worked in various capacities for a publisher of training materials and custom course designer. Josh guided publishing operations for four years, developed course materials, provided stand-up training services for custom clients and managed numerous training projects.
