First, we ask the client to explain the PERFORMANCE GAPS that are causing concern. We then PROBEand LISTEN for the information that will help us understand all aspects of that gap – who, what, where, when and why. Only then can we IDENTIFY the most likely reasons for the performance gaps, and recommend one or a combination of SOLUTIONS – training, consulting, coaching, assessments or a blend. We only recommend the solutions most likely to work for you; not the ones we think will be easiest or yield us the greatest return. We want our clients to invest their time and money on services that will make a positive difference. It would be a short-sighted business strategy for us to operate any other way. |
