Tom Blaisse

Tom Blaisse is a seasoned trainer, organizational development consultant and program facilitator. With more than 20 years experience, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge from a variety of industries, including:

His past clients include: BMW, General Electric, NASA, Merrill Lynch, US Airways, Bell Atlantic, Target Stores, BMW, Pfizer, Nabisco, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and the American Red Cross. In Central PA , Tom has worked with Blue Shield, Giant Foods, NAVICP, High Industries, EDS, PCCD, Caterpillar, PUC, Armstrong World Industries, and United Defense.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Tom worked for over 10 years with the Franklin Covey Company as a seminar leader and senior consultant. Tom presented more than 1800 seminars to more than 50,000 participants on the topics of Time and Stress Management, the 7 Habits..., Business Writing, Managing Personal Change and Building Trust. Tom’s energy, his fast-paced delivery, his humor, and his sincere enthusiasm in the classroom made him one of Franklin Covey’s consistently top rated trainers.

He has also worked with Partners In Leadership, a California based consulting firm, where he facilitated TheOZ Principle AccountabilityTraining Workshop. He then served as Director of Training Compliance for Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. a private non-profit provider of Advocacy and Mental Health services based in Harrisburg , PA.

In addition, Tom has served as:

  • Director of Training and Development for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Co.
  • An account executive for Videolearning, in Haverford , PA.
  • Performance Consultant with the Asset Development Group/Wilson Learning of Philadelphia .

Tom holds a Bachelors Degree in Theatre and Speech from De Sales University, Allentown PA , and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Rider University , Trenton , NJ . He is active in the American Society for Training and Development.
